1Meet Betty
I Didn't Just Study Eastlake. I've Lived It.
Chula Vista has been my home since I was ten, when my father retired from the U.S. Army. In 1987, my husband and I moved to Eastlake Hills, back when buyers camped out overnight for a chance at the next phase of homes. We raised our family here, and some of my fondest memories are of watching my son play baseball on empty lots, before the Eastlake Little League complex was built.
My path to real estate was anything but ordinary. I earned a degree in Mathematics with an emphasis in Computer Science from SDSU and began my career as a software engineer at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Later, I owned White Magnolia Home, an interior decor and furniture store in the Eastlake Business Center, where I also staged homes for local agents. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2013, I've brought every chapter of that journey to my clients: an analytical mind, a designer's eye, a passion for technology and digital marketing, and nearly 40 years of Eastlake knowledge.
I know which neighborhoods still carry Mello-Roos, how the three HOAs differ, and what truly drives value from one street to the next, because I've watched Eastlake grow up right alongside my own family and neighbors.
