Eastlake Greens unfolds around the fairways of the Enagic Golf Club at Eastlake, and that sweep of green open space defines the neighborhood's character. It is governed by its own association, Eastlake II, with clubs, pools and parks reserved for its residents, distinct from the original Hills and Shores and from the newer Eastlake III communities.

Where Is Eastlake Greens?
Eastlake Greens sits in the middle of Eastlake, bounded by Otay Lakes Road to the north, Eastlake Parkway to the west, Hunte Parkway to the east and Olympic Parkway to the south. Its ZIP code is 91915 (Chula Vista, CA 91915).

The Eastlake II Association
Every home in the Greens belongs to the Eastlake II master association, whose amenities are reserved exclusively for Greens residents:
- Eastlake Tennis & Swim Club, with pickleball courts
- Eastlake Dolphin Beach
- Augusta Park and Pool
- Parks and playgrounds throughout the neighborhood
Some homes, particularly condos, townhomes and gated communities, also belong to a smaller sub-association with its own dues, so be sure to add the two together when comparing homes.

Life Around the Golf Course
With the Enagic Golf Club at Eastlake at its heart, many streets in the Greens look out over manicured fairways and rolling greenbelts. Even for non-golfers, that open space lends the neighborhood an airy, park-like feel.
Homes and Architecture
The Greens offers one of the most diverse collections of homes in Eastlake, from townhomes and single-family homes in every size to gated custom residences on golf course view lots. That range makes it possible to start out, move up or settle in without ever leaving the neighborhood.
A Note on Property Taxes
Mello-Roos in the Greens varies from home to home. Some properties no longer carry Mello-Roos, while others still do. The northern portion of the Greens is also in the city's Eastlake Maintenance District #1, an open space maintenance assessment that is not Mello-Roos.

Schools
Eastlake High School, opened in 1992, is within walking distance of many Greens homes, and Olympic View Elementary opened within the neighborhood in 1995 as Eastlake's second elementary school. Elementary schools are in the Chula Vista Elementary School District, and middle and high schools are in the Sweetwater Union High School District. Because attendance boundaries can change, always confirm the assigned schools for a specific address with each district.
